Egg Drop Soup – so easy!

I’m not a huge fan of Ramen Noodles, but I AM a fan of spicing up boring food. The other day, my friend came into work with Egg Drop Soup and told me how easy it was to make, so I decided to buy a pack of Ramen and spice it up! I won’t lie, I was very pleased with the results.

Egg Drop Soup!

Ingredients
1 pack Ramen noodles (I used roasted chicken)
1 handful of fresh spinach, chopped
1/2 onion, finely chopped
1 egg, beaten

Directions
1. Begin cooking your noodles to package directions in a small pot.
2. When your noodles are almost cooked fully, drop your beaten egg into the pot. Stir using a fork to help break apart the egg.
3. After about thirty seconds, mix in the spinach and packet of flavoring.

Viola! A yummy, easy bowl of Egg Drop Soup! Why have I never made this before?? Next time, I’ll probably add some celery to make it more flavorful, but today I didn’t have any. Enjoy!
