DIY -Easy Scarf Organizer

I have a bunch of scarves and used to organize them with key rings and a hanger, but I hated how floppy and small it was, so I decided to try this out!

DIY -Easy Scarf Organizer

Since I already had yarn and an extra hanger, all I spent was $1 for a cooling rack from Dollar Tree.

Tie the rack to the hanger and that’s it!

It’s SO easy!  So far, I love it!  It holds WAY more scarves (my old one held 13 and I have more than that) and seems more stable.

Dollar Tree Savings – AcneFree Products!

I haven’t updated my site in a loooong time!  I got a new job and school’s been nuts, but hopefully I’ll be back more often to make more fun posts!

Anyway, I was making my rounds today at Dollar Tree to buy a few things when I stumbled upon two products that I knew I had to have:

AcneeFree Oil-Free Cleanser: $5.97 at Walmart

acne cleanser

AcneFree Astringent Toner Pad: $6.97 at Walmart.

acne pads

I haven’t use too many AcneFree products because I’m lazy and don’t care for acne prevention routines, but I cannot wait to try these out!

Bing Rewards – Free Stuff!

So let me tell you about something pretty damn cool – Bing Rewards.

I’ve been using Bing for years because Google doesn’t like to celebrate patriotic or religious holidays, and it -around sucks. Well, I noticed a little medal icon in the top of the homepage every time, and finally I decided to click on it. Apparently, for each search I was making, I was accumulating points…

But what were these points for, exactly? Free stuff, of course! Who knew my decision to use Bing would get me free rewards? They have gift cards for Amazon, Domino’s, Applebee’s, Gamestop, and more, but you can also use your points to donate money to charities like the Boys and Girls Club of America or the Kids in Need Foundation.

There are levels (Member, Silver, and Gold Status) and you can move up and get freebies for fewer points.

I just got my first reward today: a gift certificate to Domino’s!

All you need to do to join is log in with your Facebook account or Microsoft account. Accumulate points through your computer and mobile device by making searches, and get free stuff! It really can’t be much easier than that!

Dollar Tree Savings – Airborne + Energy, HBoO Greek Yogurt Mixed Berry Cereal

HO-LEE CRAP!  So excited to write this post tonight!

I just started a new job, so I haven’t had much time to go spree-shopping lately.  Well, while I was in Dollar Tree earlier today, I found two major things that I just had to share with you guys!

Airborne Plus Energy Immune Support Supplement with Vitamin C and B.
Walmart: $6.82
Dollar Tree: $1.00
Savings: $5.82
Ohhhhh boy!  This stuff is delicious and wonderful!  If you don’t know what Airborne does, it’s a vitamin supplement specialized for people who travel a lot.  Every time I visited my boyfriend, who used to live in Pennsylvania, I’d get nasty allergies and get sick and have horrible congestion after only a few days.

Honey Bunches of Oats Greek Yogurt Mixed Berry Cereal
Walmart: $3.24
Dollar Tree: $1.00
Savings: $2.24
I’ve already done a post about regular HBoO regular Greek Yogurt Cereal, but this time, I saw Mixed Berry cereal!  I’ve never tried it before, so I bought two boxes!  I can’t wait to try it!

Glade Plugins Scented Oils and Wax Melts

I was given some Glade products through BzzAgent.  For a full explanation of BzzAgent, click here.

In my kit, I received Glade Wax Melts and Glade Plugins Scented Oil Customizables.

Wax Melts: I love these things.  I love candles, but I don’t like spending an arm and a leg for something that smells fantastic and lasts a reasonable about of time.  I think these are perfect for my needs!  I purchased the Fresh Berries and Raspberry melts, and ohhhhh boy.  GREAT idea that was!  My mom and I are in love with the scents! One cube so far has lasted about 5 hours and there is still about half of it left to burn.  There are a total of twelve cubes in one package that doesn’t cost much!

Plugins Scented Oils Customizables: I’m not a huge fan of plugins because they take up outlet space and they get really hot, which makes me uncomfortable.  Since I wanted to try this, however, I bought the nicely designed plugin (pictured below). It’s cool because you can have two different scents, and they change often so your house is always smelling nice and different. The only downside was that this is too powerful, even when it’s on the lowest setting. My mom kept getting headaches from the scent and had to keep unplugging it. I wasn’t irritated by the strong smell, but if you have any sensitivity, this may not be what you’re looking for.

BzzCampaign – Schick Hydro Silk Razor

Hey everyone!  I just got my first BzzCampaign package in the mail since beginning my blog!!  In it is a Schick® Hydro Silk® Sensitive Care® razor with a two refills, as well as a bunch of $4.00 coupons for the razor and a coupon for a free purchase Skintimate® shaving cream!

It was a really nice razor, and once I broke it in (the razor has a thick moisturizing bar around the blades), it was a great, close shave!  This is specifically for sensitive skin, so if you get easily irritated skin after shaving, this is the razor for you.

BzzAgent – Try. Share. Repeat.

Let me take a second to tell you about this awesome website, BzzAgent. I’ve been a member since early 2012, and I’ve gotten so many interesting products through them!

HOW IT WORKS
First, you have to sign up for the website.  Then, you complete surveys; some surveys take six seconds, while others may take a minute or two.  They cover such things as: what kinds of pets you have, the electronics you have in your home, your frequent grocery stops, and even what kinds of magazines you like. The more of these surveys you complete, the chances grow for you to get invited to BzzCampaigns.

In the meantime, while waiting for Campaigns, you get rewarded points for completing surveys. The points go towards MyPoints, where you can accumulate points and eventually spend them on products and gift cards! I have yet to accumulate enough points for anything I want yet, but this site’s a lot of eBates. You shop at stores, get points, then spend the points. However, through BzzAgent, you don’t spend money, you just take surveys.

BZZCAMPAIGNS
It’s really easy and fun to participate; after joining a BzzCampaign, you get sent a package in the mail.  In the past I’ve gotten:
– Maybelline Baby Lips lip balm and Great Lash mascara,
– Philips SatinPerfect Epilator,
– Glade Expressions Oil Diffuser,
– COVERGIRL blastflipsticks…
– Dr. Scholl’s Massaging Gel Insoles
…among other great products!

Once you get your product in the mail, it’s time to start Bzzing!  Use your product, then submit reviews, tweets, Facebook posts, etc., to the BzzAgent site!  For each activity you submit, you get a higher BzzScore, achievements earned, more surveys to complete, and it betters your chances to be invited to Campaigns!

BY THE WAY…
Your packages also include multiple coupons for savings and free products that you can keep and also give out to friends!  BzzAgent really is such a cool way to post reviews, talk about products, and get freebies in your mailbox!  If you enjoy writing reviews and new, free products, this is the site for you!

Dollar Tree Savings – Sally Hansen Magnetic Nail Polish

I do my nails on a very regular basis, and I once purchased magnetic nail polish because it was apparently incredibly popular!  I thought the effect was pretty cool, but I bought it at Flip Flops ‘n More, so it wasn’t the best quality.

Anyway, while in Dollar Tree, I found two gold mines!  One was a Covergirl eyelash curler, and then there was this!

I checked the price at Walmart, and it costs $8.97.  This polish costs more than nine dollars after taxes, and here it is, in multiple colors, at Dollar Tree for 1/9 the price.  This is by far the best deal I’ve ever seen at Dollar Tree to date.  You can see reviews here and here.

Update: I went back and purchased two bottles, literally saving over $16.00!  Even the cashier was astonished when she saw them (I guess she doesn’t stock the shelves)!  Can’t wait to use these bad boys.

Dollar Tree Deals – AcneFree Spot Treatment!

I’m a huge zip-zapper fan.  I have so many of them because I love experimenting with new techniques, creams, etc.  While shopping in Dollar Tree a couple of months ago, I stumbled upon this bad boy:

This exact product is $4.97 at Walmart, but was only $1 at Dollar Tree!  So, I’ve essentially saved four dollars on this single product!!  I love these kinds of savings, so I bought another for myself and got one for my boyfriend.

Dollar Tree Deals – Honey Bunches of Oats

I frequent Dollar Tree because everything is a dollar and thanks to my job, it’s important that I do as much saving as possible.  Plus, there’s always such cool stuff there!  Just the other day, I went there and saw Greek Honey Crunch from Honey Bunches of Oats.  Yes, HONEY BUNCHES OF OATS for $1!  I bought a bunch of boxes, knowing they’d be three times as much at Walmart.

Well, I was right.  Later on, I went to Walmart, and this box of cereal costs $2.88 there.  I literally bought three boxes for the price of one at Dollar Tree!  This still tastes so good, and you just can’t beat that price.

If you know of any more deals, let me know and I will post it!  Have a good day. 🙂
