Buffalo Chicken Pasta & Cheese.

Ever since meeting my amazing boyfriend, I’ve become OBSESSED with buffalo sauce – something I used to loathe. For what reason, I don’t think I’ll ever know!

Anyway, now that I’ve learned my lesson, I always try to make foods with buffalo sauce. My favorites are my Buffalo Chicken Pizza, Buffalo Chicken Dip, and this: my Buffalo Chicken Pasta & Cheese.

This is the most amazing concoction I’ve ever made! It’s really simple to make, but it’s a huge hit among my entire family! My mom and dad don’t even like buffalo sauce, my mom especially, so the fact that they like it makes it even better!

Ingredients:
1 package pasta of any kind
1 lb shredded or canned chicken
1 cup Ragu cheese sauce, more to taste
1/2 cup Frank’s Buffalo Sauce, more to taste
2 oz Mexican style cheese
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
salt & pepper to taste

Optional:
1/4 cup ranch dressing

Directions:
1. Cook pasta (I prefer penne) according to directions on the box.
2. While pasta is cooking, mix chicken, cheese sauce, salt, pepper, Parmesan cheese, and buffalo sauce. Once the pasta is fully cooked, drain it and pour it into the sauce mixture.
3. Pour this pasta concoction into a casserole dish, and spread the shredded cheese on top. Sprinkle some extra Parmesan on top if you like (which I do!).
4. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 350 degrees.

I really hope you guys enjoy this! Every time I cook it, I change it up somehow. If you have any suggestions or alterations, let me know!
